It is getting harder and harder to make her picture with her sign each month!
Helen weighs about 15 pounds and is wearing a size 3 diaper. She is wearing mostly 6 month clothes, still fits in some 3 - 6 month stuff too. She drinks 4 to 6 ounces of formula at a time. Her 2 front bottom teeth are coming in, so she is chewing and drooling like crazy! If you look closely you can see them in this picture.
She loves cereal, bananas, sweet potatoes, squash, apples, and carrots. She doesn't get how to eat puffs or melts yet. She makes a terrible face and gags when you give her yo baby yogurt! Too funny!
Poor girl got her second double ear infection this month and a sinus infection! She was quite pitiful! We both took days off work to be with her, she would play even when she felt terrible. She is a trooper!
She loves to play hide and seek (our version where one of us holds her and the other stands outside the door and pops our head around, then we stay still and she pops her head around the door, over and over as we all laugh until our stomach hurts). Its the little things.
She also loves to go for walks and ride in her new wagon.
Some of our favorite things about Helen being 8 months old; she holds you back,
she reaches out for you, she squeals with excitement when she sees us,
she rocks on all fours and pulls up on everything, she loves school.
