I am participating in Boomama's Diptacular!! I totally agree with her, dips are my love language! I love party food! I can't wait to read through all the recipes and pick out some new favorites! The recipe I am sharing is the easiest thing in the world and the most delish!
Hot Artichoke Dip
2 cans artichoke hearts (quartered)
1 cup Hellman's mayonaise
1 cup grated parmesean cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
squirt of fresh lemon juice
Most important step: use your hands to squeeze out all the liquid from the artichokes! Put in a bowl and add other ingredients and mix well.
Spread into a small baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly. Serve with triscuits!!
