6 month photoshoot!

Thanks to Meredith Rowlen Photography for these great photos!!

The blue and pink dresses in these pictures were made for me by my daddy's aunt Clarene in 1974! Thanks to my mama for making sure they stayed nice all these years!!

I think the one in the owl hat is my favorite!

Our Journey to baby #2!

January 14, 2013 ~ Brian called to get us on the waiting list, we are number 26!

August 2013 ~ CAN forms mailed in, working on paperwork!

September 2013 ~ application and homestudy fee paid, physicals, and lots of other paperwork

October 2013 ~ Family Adoption Services open house, we had so much fun seeing how much all the kids had grown since last year and spending time with good friends!

November 2013 ~ CPR class, fingerprints, and referral letters!

December 30, 2013 ~ Home study visit! It went great!

December 11, 2015 ~ Still waiting! We are in the process of updating our home study which expires in January. Fingers crossed baby #2 is coming soon!

February 2015 ~ Home study updated.

June 2016~ Signed up with Christian Adoption Consultants but stayed on FAS list too.

October 2016 ~ FAS Open House. We had so much fun! Helen asked Susan if she was ever going to get a baby. She said they were working hard and thought it would be soon! Fingers crossed!

December 19, 2016 ~ We got the call! Gotcha day for baby Holly!! Woo hoo! One month away from being on the waiting list for 4 years!
