13 months old!!

So, I feel like I need to start with a confession. Helen is still on the bottle. We did switch her to the GO and Grow formula, but she is still having a bottle for each nap and at bedtime. Don't judge me. She does eat meals too, and drink water from her sippy cup in our defense! While I am confessing, she also has a blanket and two stuffed animals in her crib! And, allegedly we rock her to sleep instead of putting her in her crib drowsy but awake like all the books say! I feel better now that I have confessed! Ha!

Helen has really enjoyed her new ride! We have taken her on so many walks and she loves it! It was especially helpful to have on our 11 day RV trip to Boston for July 4th and the Williams Family Reunion!

She also enjoyed playing with Caleb's new toys at his birthday party and helping him eat his cake!

This is a preview of her one year photos we had done this month. She had her 1 year pediatrician appointment and weighed in at 20 pounds 2 ounces! She is in the 25th percentile for weight and 50th for height at 29 inches tall! She wears a size 3 diaper and 12 month size clothes. Her favorite food is spinach and kale ravioli and she will pitch a screaming fit if she sees it in the fridge and I don't make it for her! She also loves bananas (yuck) and Greek yogurt (yuck) and the free sugar cookies at the Publix are high on the list too. She says, mama, dada, ruff ruff and bye. The first time she said "mama" was looking at me on my birthday, the best present ever! (except last year when we got her 2 days before my birthday) She gives high fives, claps her hands and pats her legs, waves, says more and all done in sign language and points with both fingers at what she wants! Although, she is wild and shoots around like a bullet, she is so much fun and we fall more in love everyday! We can't wait to see what she will do next!
